Rappel to Minas Viejas with waterfall jumping

Come and enjoy an exciting weekend in the Huasteca Potosina practicing Rappel, a sport full of adrenaline and strong emotions. It will be a full-day experience where we will take you to the best waterfalls in the area so you can rappel and, if the water level allows us, jump into them.

We will depart from Ciudad Valles heading to the Micos River where we will perform the waterfall jump, an activity full of adventure and adrenaline, one of our visitors' favorites. We will jump in 7 waterfalls, from 20 cm high, to the highest at 8 meters... Do you dare?

We will return to the vehicles while we offer you a snack to head towards the Minas Viejas waterfall, one of the most spectacular for its shades of turquoise blue and surrounded by great vegetation jungle, there you can go rappelling with impressive views of the waterfall and its surroundings. Here you can cool off and swim in its natural pools.

And to complete the activity, we will take you to a special place to taste a typical dish from the region cooked over firewood, while you enjoy the singing of the birds.

We recommend wearing shorts that are not denim; T-shirts that are not made of cotton, tennis shoes that you can get wet or adjustable sandals, Crocs or houndstooth sandals are not allowed. Bring a cap or hat, sunglasses, ecological insect repellent, biodegradable sunscreen, a small towel, a change of dry clothes, and a small backpack for your personal items. If you wear glasses, make sure to use a headband that holds them to your head so that they do not fall during the descent, and if you have long hair, it will be necessary to secure it with a rubber band.
