Rock Spot

Rock Spot is an amateur sports association, located near Milan, where you can dedicate yourself to an adventurous and adrenaline-filled discipline guided by experts who will help you and follow you step by step. The school also organizes courses for adults and children:

• Courses for children and teenagers: aged between 5-7 years, 8-10 years and 11-14 years;

Courses for adults:

• Basic climbing course: 8 lessons, lasting two hours, which take place with the material provided by the school.
• Advanced climbing course: takes place in eight lessons of two hours each; material is made available to the association.
• Mountain climbing course: 5 indoor lessons of two hours each and two days on rock; the material is provided by the school.

It will also be possible to follow individual lessons:

• individual
• for two people
• collective

All excursions will take place in a natural environment and with certified instructors or expert guides who will follow you while learning or perfecting climbing techniques. Come visit! Contact Rock Spot!
