The Karst Studies Society is committed to the promotion and development of speleological activities, concentrating its commitment and proposals in two fundamental sectors:

• technical activities - include outings and excursions in karst environments and cave expeditions
• scientific activities - which deal with studies and research on everything connected to karst.

In these years of activity the Company has carried out many studies in the field of mineralogy in cave environments and has also made its contribution and commitment in the field of teaching, creating and implementing specific courses of technical validity and scientific studies concerning the topics of speleology and karst formation aimed in particular at those who wish to make their first contacts with the subjects.
