Cidade de Lugo

Cidade de Lugo is a canoeing school that depends on the Sports Area of the Provincial Council of Lugo. Our center has reopened its doors after the rehabilitation of the building that houses our facilities.

This new stage will aim to promote the sport of canoeing, from the grassroots categories, collaborating with clubs and institutions in the promotion of this and many other water sports, putting our facilities at your service.

The main objectives we pursue in Cidade de Lugo are:

• Make available to clubs and athletes from Lugo and the rest of Galicia, a space to practice canoeing and other sports related to the aquatic environment.

• Promote the organization of courses and conferences to make the sport of canoeing known to all those who want to get into it. This method of approaching the aquatic environment, through sport, is aimed at educational centers, associations, clubs and individuals.

• Organize training and technical activities for athletes and instructors from the school itself or from different parts of the province.
