Tatanka Camp

Between March 28 and April 1 we hold a ski camp for children who want to fully immerse themselves in this exciting and health-beneficial snow sport. .

It will be held in Grandvalira, Andorra and, with the exception, we will not only do camping groups for children, we will also do camping groups for families. So adults will also be able to enjoy a few days of snow in our facilities of more than 210 kilometers.

Our team of monitors, 400 qualified experts, will assess the level of each participant and, based on this, will organize the groups. This way they will be able to form groups in which users have more or less the same level and age and in this way they will give classes in the most professional and individualized way possible.

You can also give snowboard lessons and other ski techniques, for those who already master this art, such as Telemark.
And if you want to take a freeride walk, not following any established route, you can also.

Tatanka Camp offers one of the best options if you want to take the children to an English camp this summer, where they can enjoy and spend moments unforgettable. We have different activities that will make your children have fun while learning English.
The camp monitors and teachers will be in charge of making your children learn in the most fun way possible.
All of them are qualified and have the permits they need to carry out the activities.

Tatanka offers different activities that take place in Tierra de Pinares, Valladolid. It takes less than 2 hours to get there from Madrid and is located 15 kilometers from the city of Medina del Campo. These are:

• Adventure in English: this camp is aimed at children between 5 and 15 years old, English will be combined with sports and adventure activities. We will be in a very appropriate place to be able to carry out activities such as hockey, archery, basketball or environmental and artistic workshops.

• Adventure in French: the main objective of this camp is to combine sports activities with workshops in Spanish and French. They will do sports such as BBT routes, climbing, hiking, mini golf or tree climbing. It is aimed at children between 5 and 15 years old.

• Immersion adventure: in this camp children will be able to spend a week of authentic linguistic immersion. It is aimed at students from 9 to 16 years old who have intermediate English. There will be no English classes but all activities will be carried out in the language.

You don't have to worry about transport since Tatanka Camp takes care of taking the children from Madrid to Valladolid. Accommodation is on a full board basis and language courses (mainly English but can be changed to French). Laundry service, a daily blog, and the corresponding insurance are also included in case they are needed.

Students will be separated by age and sex for sleeping, to carry out the activities we will only separate them by age. We have rooms with bunk beds of 6, 8 or 10 places where children will learn to share and enjoy their companions. The camp menus are prepared by professional nutritionists and the food is homemade. If your child has to follow a diet, do not hesitate to let us know.

Adventure camps I and II will have a small party so that parents can see the activities their children have done during their entire stay.

At Tatanka Camp we develop multi-adventure camps throughout the peninsula that are combined with the learning of other languages. We give you ample possibilities, being able to enroll your children in camps in English, in French, for immersion in the Anglo-Saxon language or for children from outside our borders to develop in Spanish.

- The summer camps in English are: "Adventure in English" from 5 to 15 years old. It is very interesting for participants who are not prepared for complete immersion because Spanish is also present in it. However, in "Immersion Adventure", aimed at ages between 9 and 16, registrants are asked to have at least a medium level of knowledge in the language.

- Summer camps in French: they are designed for ages between 6 and 15 and to organize them we collaborate with official French entities. French and Spanish will be used in sports and leisure activities.

- Spanish immersion camps: for which we receive participants between 6 and 15 years old. It is ideal for children from other countries to get used to listening to Spanish and expressing themselves in our language.

All programs have activities in common for the daily lives of those enrolled, such as the rope park with zip line, learning to climb, canoeing or carrying a paddle surf board, shooting with the bow or try pedal karts. Traditional sports such as basketball and soccer are also played.
