El Kiriko

At El Kiriko we consider it important for young people to keep in touch with the English language during the summer, even more so if they are going to take advantage of their vacation to enroll in a camp. Without ever losing contact with nature activities, we expanded the offering of our programs with a bilingual option for students between 8 and 16 years old.

Our English camp has aspects in common with the rest of the modalities, and others of its own:

- Accommodation, always full board, in facilities that are made up of rooms with capacity for several people sleeping in bunk beds. The 4 meals a day are prepared in our own kitchen capable of adapting to allergies and specific dietary needs.

- Durations: you have great flexibility on our part, since you can sign up for the little ones only for 5 days, extend their stay to 7 days or extend them to a maximum of 2 weeks.

- Team of native teachers and one monitor for every ten participants, to which is added the figure of a coordinator in charge of the activities.

Registration begins on January 15 and can be received until June 15 at the latest as long as there are free places.

Located in Soutosico, in the town of Fornelos de Montes in the province of Pontevedra, in El Kiriko, we are dedicated to offering activities so that the little ones in the house can enjoy nature and leisure at the same time. who learn and have fun.

We are a school farm, with extensive experience in this type of activities, and an extraordinary location with large natural spaces, and extensive areas of riverside and cavalry forests.
Our center is located at the foot of the Eirás reservoir on the Oitavén river.

We work preparing activities and organizing days for boys and girls between 6 and 14 years old, in which they will enjoy and live new experiences that they will undoubtedly remember with joy.
Your children will be able to interact with other children their age through different activities and situations:

• Coexistence
• Care of nature and the environment
• Teamwork
• Sport.

We have native English-speaking teachers, so that your children's learning is faster and more efficient.
In addition, for adventure activities and outside of English class hours, we have a fantastic team of appropriately qualified instructors who love their work. With them, your children will have a great time and enjoy each activity.

Each instructor will be responsible for the care of a group of 10 children, and for each activity there will be a different coordinator.

We have a total of 110 places, of which 55 are for children, and the other 55 for children, to compensate for the number of attendees of each sex.
For the camp to take place, it is necessary that there be a minimum of 25 children to form a group.

There is the possibility of going to the camp for a week (7 days), or 2 weeks (14 days). Choose the option that best suits your needs or preferences and give your children new experiences in a natural, outdoor environment.

We offer a stay on a full board basis, with four meals a day. We prepare our own menu, however we are open to making specific diets if a boy or girl needs it.
Accommodation will be in multiple rooms with bathrooms and bunk beds. All beds are correctly equipped with bedding and the rooms are perfectly equipped with all the comforts.

Summer is the best time of year to go to our camp, since the weather conditions allow us to enjoy a greater number of activities, each one more fun than the last, and ourfacilities:

El Kiriko is undoubtedly the best option when choosing a summer camp, since we combine adventure, nature and sport. So that everyone can find the most suitable one, we have:

- Adventure camp: we will spend the nights in tipis, like the Indians in the movies, and during the day we will have time to try a lot of outdoor sports. We will take canoes, sup boards or ride a horse. In this program we welcome the little ones, from 5 years old to 16.

- English Camp: achieving bilingualism is essential nowadays, and that is why, to our fun activities, we add English through lessons with teachers from English-speaking countries. From 8 to 16 years old.

- Artistic camp: it is true that some children have a special predisposition to drawing or painting. In this option, we work under a licensed specialist in these disciplines, if we are between 8 and 14 years old.

- Special MTB program: being in this environment did not make you think about cycling along the trails. To make it a real option, we organized a new camp especially focused on mountain biking.

- Kiriko chefs: it is increasingly common to find children in the kitchen and, furthermore, it is very good for them to get used to natural foods and learn to appreciate healthy food, something that we will worry about thesecamps.
