The La Gubía Equestrian Club was created in 2005 and is located in the Majorcan town of Bunyola, 30 kilometers west of the city of Mallorca. An ideal place to carry out any type of equine activity, since it is located in a very beautiful natural setting.
There, in the middle of nature, we organize horseback rides lasting between one and two hours through the Sierra Norte National Park or through the beaches of the Balearic Island. There is no better way to get to know the roads and landscapes of Mallorca than on the back of one of these noble animals.
We also have other services typical of an equestrian center such as: the equestrian school that people of all ages can attend, whether they have experience in equestrian or not, summer camps with horses, boarding, dressage, all types of children's games and horse training, etc.
The facilities have a total surface area of 50,000 square meters, so that the horses can be free and do not feel confined or sad at any time. We work with respect and love for them.

At the La Gubía Equestrian Club horseback riding routes are organized around Bunyola a perfect opportunity to enjoy a day in the countryside next to the Sierra de Tramuntana. And to discover the island of Palma in a totally different way!
Our horseback riding excursions take place specifically through the Sierra Norte Natural Park, where we will enjoy the landscapes of holm oaks and cork oaks and its rivers with crystal-clear waters. We can also contemplate the varied fauna that is found in this area, we can see everything from Iberian imperial eagles to wild boars and deer.
We also have the possibility of horseback riding on the beaches that surround the island. An experience that will undoubtedly remain forever in your memory, since taking a walk noticing the freshness of the sea and the sea breeze, while you are on the back of a horse, is an unforgettable experience.
Although the route is always chosen based on what the clients request, as well as the previous experience they may have had riding a horse, therefore they are the most personalized routes.
There is also the possibility of taking longer routes, half a day or even a full day.
Summary Urban camps
If you have children who are between 4 years old and 16, reward them with the day camps that we prepare at the La Gubía Equestrian Club. They will enjoy the natural environment that the Serra de Tramuntana offers us while making friends and learning to acquire new responsibilities thanks to horses.
We teach the classes that make up this program in both Spanish and English to adapt to all types of requirements from parents. Using these languages they will share games and activities between June 25 and August 17, always from Monday to Friday. These are some of them:
- Riding classes: participants will learn to ride a horse or pony depending on their age. They will also learn basic concepts about the flipping modality.
- Pony Games: these smaller horses will be the central axis of hilarious tests and challenges that will train the spirit of improvement of the attendees.
- Gymkhanas, archery and orienteering games: children and young people will experience shooting at the target and learn to know how to identify its position.
We also have a swimming pool so they stay cool all summer long.

The horse excursion with this equestrian club for 2 hours is highly recommended. The stable is clean and all horses are well cared for. The route through the Sierra Tramontana is varied. The guide is very friendly and polite.
