Company Overview
The Roque Aguayro Equestrian Center, located in one of the most beautiful areas of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, puts its large stud farm at your disposal so that you can get to know the world more closely. equestrian and everything that surrounds horses. This equestrian center is located less than five kilometers from the urban center of the municipality of Agüimes, in the Barranco de los Corralillos. There you will find horses very well cared for and prepared for your enjoyment.
We develop two types of activities:
- Horse riding routes. To get to know Gran Canaria and any of the corners that surround the Barranco de los Corralillos. Quiet rides to start riding or simply to spend a day with friends or family.
- Equestrian camps. We have courses and also campuses or different seasons, such as summer, Easter or Christmas, which guarantee total immersion in the world of horses. The students will learn about the day-to-day life of the Roque Aguayro Equestrian Center.

Summary Horseback Riding
Surely, if you are in Las Palmas or are about to come to see the Island, it is because they have told you about its wonderful beaches, all its leisure and gastronomy options and of course, the enormous variety of water sports that can be practiced. But we want to propose a different plan to get to know the beautiful Island.
The Roque Aguayro Equestrian Center, located in the Barranco de Los Corralillos, in Agüimes, gives you the option of enjoying a horseback ride on any of the horses that make up its stud. Their routes are completely personalized, you can choose the time, as well as the area you would like to visit.
These rides are for adults and children, for families or groups of friends, it is not necessary that you have ridden a horse before. Before the ride, your instructors will give you some practical advice so that you know how to handle the horse and do not have any problems during the ride. In addition, the monitor will accompany you at all times. Your only concern is to enjoy the activity.

Summary Horse Riding Camps
Roque Aguayro Equestrian Center awaits you in a perfect environment surrounded by nature to enjoy its different courses and also camps. We are waiting for you next to the Barranco de los Corralillos, an ideal place to disconnect. Our center carries out different activities so that your children learn everything related to the world of horses, in addition to making friends. Some of the activities are:
- Games and activities that help foster camaraderie.
- Learn to take care of horses. Specific care, adequate nutrition, theoretical knowledge of horse riding, stable maintenance, good equipment maintenance...
- Horse riding. They will work on balance, flexibility and coordination. They will learn to be confident with horses.
- Horse riding theory. Necessary equestrian disciplines, different uses of horses, parts of the saddle, technical explanations...
- Visit to the stables. Everything about their diet and the care they need.
- Contact with horses. Brush the horse, know the parts of it and the breeds that exist, types of behavior or layers...
