Veragua

Veragua is in Villanueva de la Vera, in the La Vera region, south of the Sierra de Gredos and very close to the Tiétar river and the gorges that come down from the mountain. It is an environment of water and green, with streams, shadows of oak trees and that mountain air that is appreciated when you come to rest.

The accommodation combines two ways of staying within the same property: tourist apartments and a glamping area with eco tents. The approach is practical: you come as a couple, as a family or with friends and choose the format that best suits you, with the comfort of having common outdoor spaces to live outdoors.

In the common areas, the pool and gardens stand out, designed to lie down for a while, read, have a drink or simply do nothing. There is also a barbecue area and picnic areas with tables and shade, which in La Vera tend to become the star plan when the weather is good.

The environment invites you to combine rest with short walks and visits. Villanueva de la Vera is declared a Historic-Artistic Site, with very recognizable popular architecture, half-timbered and streets with a lot of character. And if you feel like completing the getaway with a cultural plan, the Yuste Monastery and its nearby routes are just a short excursion through the region.
