At Algarve Balloons we are a family passionate about hot air balloon flights based in Lagos. We have all the official accreditations, as well as the ANAC (National Civil Aviation Association) certificate necessary to fly not only in Portuguese airspace, but throughout the European Union and even beyond its borders.

We will accompany you on a walk through the clouds, where you can marvel at spectacular views of the valleys to the west of the Algarveor the hills found in the Beja District. , more specifically in the area of Castro Verde, Baixo Alentejo.

The terrain conditions in the Algarve area limit the capacity of the balloon basket, making it "smaller" than other balloons and having a maximum capacity of up to 8 passengers, which is perfect for an intimate balloon ride in which you can savor every moment in the best way.

We have another takeoff area, this time in Alentejo where the nacelles of our balloons are larger, allowing us to fly in them up to 24 people.

The best of all is that the climatic conditions of Portugal allow you to fly in a balloon practically all year round, although the most stable hours for the trip are always dawn, and in autumn and winter, at sunset.
