The Yr Archers group has been home to the National School since 1993, but its path began years earlier, in 1988, when the first nucleus came together to practice, spread and develop the study of archery techniques archery in its peculiarities.
The techniques explored within the group are the traditional, ancient and primitive bow.
In addition to institutional courses and training sessions, various types of internships are organized throughout the year, as well as seminars and meetings with important figures in the sports field.
At Arcieri di Yr we also share time without the bow, with the many social occasions such as dinners and evenings organized to spend time in company enjoying good wine and good food.
The Italian Federation of Field Archers, which acts as the driving force for all activities related to sport shooting, is also the basis of the philosophy and commitment of this group, of which the 14 instructors who form the staff are part.
