We will meet on the day you book the activity at the selected location, before starting the paragliding flight itself, one of our expert pilots will give you theoretical training in which You will learn the basic notions of safety and piloting that you need to know to be able to get on a paraglider in the safest way possible.

Once this training has been completed, we will proceed to fly in one of our paragliders with the company of one of our pilots throughout the flight.

Next, we are going to explain the requirements that you must meet to be able to carry out this activity:

• There is no age limit, but minors must bring an authorization signed by their father, mother or legal guardian.
• To fly paragliding you have to weigh more than 40 kg and less than 100kg.
• It is not necessary to be used to doing aerial sports, so practically anyone can do this type of flights.
