Tropical World Leeds

Welcome to Tropical World Leeds, where the desert, rainforest, mangroves and the nocturnal world is altogether in one place! 

Firstly, meet the animals! We are the home for a load of exotic animals, such as monkeys, meerkats, spiders, bats, crocodiles and many more. Take a tour of our Rainforest floor - where you can spot leaf-cutter ants, endangered butterflies in their pupae stage and enormous plants. Then, go to the Aquarium, a beautiful journey with swamps, mangroves, rivers, lakes and even the sea. Just a load of different fish species (clownfish, seahorses, octopuses... you name it!). 

Wander throughout our wide Desert, cactus and heat all over the place. You can be a spectator of the adorable meerkat gangs in the middle of their distinct calls. Then, climb up to the Rainforest canopy and feel just like a bird, sightseeing the rainforest from 20-metres above the floor. Keen wandering all over our zoo and find yourself in the Creature corner... Do you dare to continue?

Our Creature corner consists of to be the natural habitat of our snakes, iguanas, lizards and other stunning reptiles. Lastly, the Nocturnal facility. Walking through the darkness and total blackness you will spot some of the strangest animals that roam the world at night. An armadillo, bats, chinchillas... are some of our friends.
