We had booked an excursion with three jet skis. As soon as we arrived, the organization already left something to be desired: the staff did not even know if we had already paid for our reservation.

Once at sea, my jet ski clearly did not have the same power as the other two. Despite the trigger being fully pressed, it was impossible for me to follow the group. The instructor came to see me for the first time and asked me if I was really accelerating, proof that he himself noticed that there was a problem.

A few moments later, however, he affirmed that everything was normal, explaining that the speed was limited to 50 km/h and that I was reaching them. This argument did not hold up, since in fact my jet ski was incapable of following the others. The result was simple: the instructor had to stop at least three times to come back to me, forcing the whole group to wait each time.

Despite these repeated stops, he persisted in denying any problem with the jet ski. However, I calmly explained that I had already jet-skied around fifteen times in several countries and that I had never encountered such a situation. Instead of seriously listening or checking the machine, he preferred to systematically blame me.

The most surprising thing is that at the end of the excursion, he criticized us for not having been able to complete the entire route... even though it was precisely his equipment that prevented us from following the group. At no time did he consider that a mechanical problem might exist.

And finally, the height of lack of professionalism: when we returned, he told us never to come back, specifying that it was the first and last time we came to his services. Recognizing a technical problem can happen to any business. On the other hand, denying the obvious, wasting an entire group's time, blaming the customer and ending by telling them not to come back is, in our opinion, unacceptable.
