Company Overview
Dance Center Valencia has been teaching classes in different dance styles for adults and children since 2010. Our goal is to expand our love for dance and teach our students that it is not only a great exercise for a person's physical health, but it is also an art with which you can express yourself and tell your own stories. We teach a large number of styles within the urban style, adapting to the ages and schedules of each group.
Some of the subjects that will be taught within this professional training urban style workshop are:
- Free style: a discipline that is characterized by not having a specific dance technique. But to be able to do it, the student needs a base that will be given in the other classes, thus allowing his body to flow to the rhythm of the music, using, freely mixing, the steps and styles that we will teach him.
- Hip Hop: dance performed while listening to rap or hip hop that mixes break dance steps with jazz, ballet and funk.
- Choreographic workshop: in which specific famous choreographies will be investigated.
