iTour Mexico we are a tour operator that offers you packages with accommodation in our iHotel. Our goal is to offer you an incredible, original, family-friendly vacation in the purest Mexican style.
Our hotel is not a standard building with many rooms without personality. Our center reflects the authentic Mexican culture, the popular one. We have a few, about 6, but very fun themed rooms of our symbols such as Speedy González, Frida Khalo or El Santo. So that you can enjoy your stay in the Riviera Maya to the fullest, it offers you all kinds of adventure services that you can hire with a package before coming or you can hire at our facilities.
Among all the activities you can do in the Caribbean, we organize ATV routes through the jungle, boat rides to Isla Contoy or snorkeling in the nearest reefs and cenotes.
Of course we also have tours and guided visits to the main archaeological zones of the Yucatan Peninsula such as Ek Balam, Chichen Itzá, Muyil, Cobá and Tulum. We also take you to the most important theme parks such as Xel-Ha, Xcaret and Xplore.
And of course cycling cannot be missed. All our guests have access to the use of bicycles to ride throughout the city of Tulum and its surroundings.

Isla Contoy is a protected National Park so we can still see virgin beaches, reefs in all their splendor and wild fauna in their natural habitat. The beauty of this excursion is not just going to the island, but enjoying the tour.
On board the catamaran you will have a great time as a family sunbathing and contemplating the colors of the sea. Once on the island we will make a stop to snorkel while food is being prepared for you.
After living the experience of walking around a 12 km island and enjoying its nature, we return to the boat to end the day in Isla Mujeres where we can take a shopping trip through its craft shops before returning to Tulum.
Summary Scuba Diving
iTour Mexico we take you on a super one-day excursion in which you will do intensive snorkeling in 2 totally different ecosystems. First we will do an expedition to a cenote and a second excursion is a reef bay.
Our snorkeling adventure has 2 scenarios:
- First: We go straight to the heart of the Mayan jungle to immerse ourselves in a cenote. We have chosen the Tak Be Ha cenote where you can immerse yourself in the cave and admire the shapes drawn by the stalactites and stalagmites.
- Second: We go to Akumal, sea turtle sanctuary. Once in the bay we put on the equipment and start swimming among the reefs. Through the viewer you will be able to appreciate the colors of the incredible turtles that live in the region.
Throughout the excursion you will be accompanied by an iTour Mexico guide and transportation from our center in Tulum.
Summary Mountain Biking
iTour Mexico, adventure activities operator in Tulum, we have a special service for all lovers of cycling which we call iTour Rent Bike which consists for bike rental to explore the entire Mayan region.
Our city, Tulum, is divided into 3 zones basically:
- Hotel Zone
- Archaeological area where the famous pyramid stands at the foot of the beach known as "el Castillo"
- Town of Tulum
Our activity center is located in the middle of the 3 zones, so all 3 routes are accessible from where we are.
You can rent bikes for as long as you want, there is no limit, from hours to days. If you are an athlete, don't miss the opportunity to get to know the Caribbean pedaling a beautiful retro bike. Specifically, we offer you BeachCruiser model bikes with a basket, lock, helmet and luminous vest.
If you want accommodation service, bicycle rental is free and you will have access to it whenever you want, but remember that this serviceis free only for iHotel guests.

Drive like an adventurous explorer in the middle of the jungle on theATV tour that we offer you at iTour Mexico. As an adventure experience operator in Tulum we take you to the heart of the Mayan jungle in a very original way, in all-terrain vehicles. Dare.
For the ATV excursion we offer you a 350 cc Yahama Grizzly ATV. They are automatic so you do not need to have previous experience driving ATVs. You just need to want to have a good time.
Our tour through the jungle ends with a stop in a cave, it is a semi-dry cave where we can take a short exploration walk accompanied by the guide. At iTour Mexico we provide you with all the safety equipment for the activity, both helmets for ATVs and flashlights for the caves.
At the end of the tour we will snorkel in the park's cenote playing in the water of the cave, considered sacred temples in the Mayan civilization.
