What land yachting and kite buggying are like
Land yachting, also called sand yachting, is sailing on land. You sit low in a three-wheeled cart with a sail, steer with your feet or a bar, and use the wind to race along a wide, flat beach at low tide. A lesson starts on the sand, with the instructor explaining how to read the wind and how to pull the sail in to speed up or let it out to slow down. Then you set off on short runs and build up to longer ones. Blokarts are a smaller, simpler version that's quick to learn.
In kite buggying the sail is replaced by a power kite that you fly above you while sitting in the buggy, and in kite landboarding you stand on a large board with wheels. These are lessons of two to three hours with a qualified instructor, often BKSA-certified, with the equipment included. Both need a big beach and steady wind, so sessions are planned around the tide and the forecast, and the time can change on the day.

Each person pays their place. The voucher goes towards the booking and they pay any difference. The other option is one voucher per person.
