Firstly, its location, next to the Orotava Valley, on the outskirts of the beautiful municipality of Puerto de la Cruz. This is a huge advantage because, normally, the entrance to Loro Parque is complemented by other visits to other points of interest in the area.

Secondly, its magnificent facilities. Contrary to what happens in most zoos, which are in disuse with obsolete and poorly maintained facilities, in Loro Parque extreme care, investment in modern infrastructure and the reconditioning of existing ones prevail. existing.

Third, the great diversity that it hides with species from all over the planet, which makes it a kind of Noah's Ark. Inhabitants of the deep sea such as orcas, dolphins or sea lions, birds for all tastes such as parrots or strong>penguins, new guests such as red pandas and so on to an extensive list of exotic animals, always under the careful supervision of our keepers.

And, fourth and last, the shows that the Park offers, such as, for example, PlanetPenguin, a penguinarium that perfectly reproduces the living conditions of these friendly beings; the OrcaOcean, an enclosure where you can contemplate the majesty of orcas, the self-confidence of sea lions or the intelligence of dolphins; the Loro Show, a show in which different varieties of the parrot family are exhibited; AquaViva, a gigantic aquarium that represents the seabed with millimeter precision; or our aviaries that recreate the natural habitat of the jungles of Brazil or Mexico with the inclusion of lush vegetation and the course of rivers.

But also, to finish, the parkIt includes an impressive restaurant offer, with local national or international food that will delight any diner, suitable for all tastes. As if that were not enough, we encourage you to learn more about the projects in which the Park is embarked: through its non-profit organization, it manages the conservation of endangered species extinction as well as other research and awareness tasks.
