The activity will begin in Peso da Régua, where we will be waiting for you with our van. We will travel the trails of the Douro Valley admiring its beauty and making stops at dreamy viewpoints in the town of Tabuaço.
That is where we will get on a boat in which, for 1 hour, we will sail towards the town of Tua, feeling like one of those workers who Every day, they transported wine barrels across the Douro to different cities in Portugal.
We will get to know these traditional villages up close that still maintain their customs, tasting their incredible gastronomy in one of the regional restaurants in the area with views of the river .
We will travel by train over mountains, bridges and of course following the course of the river, arriving at the beautiful town of Pinhão.As a final culmination, we will visit a vineyard where we will taste a delicacy for our palate: a variety of up to 4 wines with a designation of origin from the Duero Valley, in addition to knowing which work diary that involves the production of this ancient drink. And not only that, but you can taste the honey and olive oil produced in the same valley.
Finally we will cross the river and get back into the van to return to the starting point. An adventure that encompasses first-person knowledge about the life that the river has created around it, from the growth of its towns to the grape cultivation so famous in this area of Portugal.
