This is an outing aimed at introducing you to oenology in its pure state and in a region that knows the field very well. As part of a predetermined tour, you will not only learn more about viticulture and wine design, but also discover the natural side of the Saône-et-Loire department.
You will indeed visit and contemplate the most charming villages in the area, as well as the natural panoramas, including valleys, vineyards, reliefs, etc.
You will therefore discoverCharnay-les-Mâconfirst. The latter is a small town which produces qualityred wine, whose grape variety is Gamay. You will thus discover the vines and the vine stocks, which you will approach to better understand the origin and the making of wine.
You will then go to taste the local wine at the Catherine and Didier Tripoz estate, where you will meet the winegrowers, who will will also show you the premises and the cellar. You will also pass by theRoche de Solutré, to have a global view of the slopes and the vineyards.
You will be in the company of a guide dedicated to his profession and very warm. The latter will make sure you have a pleasant, but above all informative and interesting, time.
