This tour aims to introduce you to oenology in its most primitive form, in a region that perfectly masters the concept. Not only will you deepen your knowledge of viticulture and winemaking during a predetermined tour, but you will also explore the most natural side of the department of Saône-et-Loire.
You will encounter and admire the most delightful rural areas of the region, as well as natural landscapes such as hillsides and mountains, vineyards , rocks, etc.
You will go hiking in the Rhodanienne commune called Fleurie, which is a village known for its wine sector. This will be an opportunity for you to learn behind the scenes of the production of local local wine, but also to taste it. You will visit the vineyards and you will approach the vines to better contemplate the vines and their vines.
The tasting will take place at the Domaine Cyril Coperet, where you will meet the winemaker who will tell you more about the product and its creation from the beginning of the process to its end. You will also be accompanied by a passionate guide who will reinforce the explanations of the winemaker, interpreting the landscapes and telling all the stories and anecdotes that revolve around this sector in the region.
