This offer includes participation in the Basic windsurfing course for adults (from 13 years of age) lasting 5 days.
Every day there will be a one and a half hour lesson, divided into a theoretical and a practical part.
The theoretical part of the course includes lessons on winds and directions as well as a brief history of windsurfing and all existing types of boards. We will then move on to studying the rules of windsurfing, learning to recognize the perfect places to practice this sport, also checking the weather forecast.
During the first lessons we will use soft boards to avoid any collisions. Once you have moved on to the practical part of the course you will learn the safety measures to follow, the correct posture to take and how to move your feet on the board to keep yourself in position.
We will then move on to balance techniques and changes of direction, learning to use the sail correctly and efficiently by trying the different gaits.
The theoretical and practical part will be carried out at each lesson, with half an hour of theory and an hour in the water. All the material for carrying out the activity will be delivered to you by our structure.
