The first lesson includes games to learn the theory and basic techniques and then once this first part is finished we will go into the water learning the start, the pace, the tack and the train jibe.

The lessons will take place in the morning at 09.30 but once the booking is completed you can agree with the instructor on the time that best suits your needs.
