For 2 hours we work in groups of a maximum of 6 participants to guarantee teaching adapted to you. For this level we choose the days when the breeze is softer and the new windsurfer can maintain control of the equipment without problem. We will see:

- What materials are used and how they are prepared to enter the water.
- Characteristics of the environment identifying whether the circumstances are appropriate for the practice.
- Fundamental concepts that make up the theory of windsurfing and safety aspects.

- Acquire the ability to identify the climatological circumstances of the area where you are going to practice and how they affect this sport.

- Get on the board handling the sail and make changes of direction with navigation from one point to another.

- Understand how the wind behaves and navigate against it, jibe and turn.
