To do this, we need you to come to Tamarit beach, a perfect environment in which to practice this type of activities since we can enjoy learning thanks to the fact that it has the perfect characteristics for it. The wind currents and waves are perfect so you can learn little by little about this sport.
We will dedicate the two hours to a practice on the shore of the Mediterranean, you will listen to the relevant explanations from the monitor who will be in charge of teaching the course . You will do simple exercises, you will learn to turn and maintain control of the sail!
