Instead, your feet are well positioned on a board whose shape resembles that used on snow, and with which you will ride the small waves you encounter and with which you can perform turns and jumps of all kinds.
The experience on the table lasts twenty-five minutes; before entering the water you will be given all the equipment necessary to carry out the activity and you will participate in a small briefing in which an instructor will explain the rules and safety regulations to be maintained in the water.
