Do you want an urban camp where your child can learn important skills related to using the latest technologies? We have what you are looking for!

Our camp will be about the Internet of Things, also known by the term "home automation". Participants will do a project to create a smart home. To do this we will use a simulator and electronic elements such as Raspberry Pi, among others.

You will learn how the house can perform different actions, such as turning lights on/off, detecting the entry of people, detecting smoke and fire, playing certain music, and all of this by managing it from a device that can be at a great distance from home.

We are going to reproduce the same process that an engineer does in this type of project, from the search for data, the sketch of the first design, the planning of the necessary material and tools to the construction within the simulator to be able to evaluate the feasibility of the project.

We will use a space similar to the FabLab, promoting communication between colleagues, creativity and cooperation.

It is designed for young people from 13 years old.

We will do the camp in 5-day shifts (Monday - Friday) and it will take place in these locations:

San Pablo CEU University, in Boadilla del Monte (July 10 to 14 and 24 to 28).
Microforum, in the area of Cuatro Caminos, Madrid capital (from July 24 to 28).
