Swimming with whale sharks is one of the most anticipated activities in La Paz every year, this tour is only carried out in the season from October to April, since that is when the Whale sharks migrate to the waters of the peninsula. Here they look for food and the comfort of the warm waters that the Mexican Pacific offers them.
Despite their large size and weight, they can measure up to 12 m and weigh 17 tons, you have nothing to fear since they are very docile animals and friendly to humans, and they also feed on plankton . Our certified guides will accompany you at all times and will give you advice to swim with these beautiful marine animals and enjoy this experience to the fullest.
Once back on the catamaran, we will offer you some delicious snacks and drinks to regain your strength since swimming is always tiring. Even so, to do this activity we recommend you have good physical condition. To make you comfortable during the trip, we recommend you bring your towel, flip flops, cap or hat, sunglasses, biodegradable sunscreen and of course your camera to take home memories of this magnificent experience. We will provide you with the necessary equipment to go down into the water to swim.
