La Paz Bay is considered one of the best places to swim with whale sharks. These beautiful beings migrate every year to Mexican waters to feed and reproduce. They are totally harmless to humans since they feed mainly on plankton. Seeing them up close and swimming with them is a unique and unforgettable adventure.
Their large size is impressive, they can measure 12 meters in length and weigh 15 tons, however you will see that they are totally friendly beings and do not pose any type of danger.
At the end of the swim with the whale sharks, we will take you to one of the most beautiful beaches in La Paz, Balandra Beach, its calm waters like a pool and its turquoise blue color will delight you. In addition, you can take a photo with the famous mushroom-shaped stone. You can also live a unique experience by snorkeling with sea lions on the San Rafaelito islet.
The excursion will be carried out in a panga with capacity for 10 people, however and as a preventive measure against Covid-19, it is only used at 50% with 5 passengers as maximum. On all our tours we apply all health measures to minimize the risk of Covid-19 infections.
