For this trial session, we will meet you at the Réserve-Plage, located in Hyères on the Giens peninsula . Hyères is full of historical and natural wonders that will charm you. The city is also very proud of its National Parklocated in Port-Cros, one of the three islands that make up Hyères. In addition, this island contains a recognized international windsurfing and kitesurfing spot, which attracts many tourists every year!
After welcoming you at the meeting point, your qualified instructor will give you your equipment. He will equip you with a wetsuit and give you your board as well as your wing (small, very light sail). Once the first lesson is done on the beach, you will jump into the water and learn to pilot your equipment under the wise advice of our coach.
After an hour, you will return to dry land where you will hand over your equipment to the instructor and can debrief on the new sensations you have just experienced!
Good to know:
- There will be no more than 6 people per group.
- This activity is reserved for people aged between 7 and 77 years old.
- It is necessary to take out on-site insurance to practice this discipline.
- You must be able to swim more than 50 meters.
