With this 2 hour group course, you have the opportunity to get started in this sport, to learn the most important surfing techniques. The class will be divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. You will learn about the materials you are going to use, as well as about the sea and the environment that surrounds you. It is very important to know the sea and the climate well!
Before going to the water we will do some basic stretching and warm-ups to be fully prepared. We will also teach you about positioning on the board. With thetechniques that we are going to handle with you, you will be able to move with the waves, safeguard your safety at all times and get to know the sea.
The monitors are all qualified in this discipline, which will guarantee you a better learning experience.
