Some information about the course of the course:
You will first be able to benefit from theoretical training on the wing, the board, the adapted places , the wind, the directions, and the rules of navigation. Then it will be time to equip yourself and move on to practice at sea. You will learn how to handle the wing and balance on your foil little by little. Your instructor will offer you exercises adapted to your progress.
