Become an expert surfer in the fantastic natural environment of the Peniche Coast. This offer consists of a pack of 3 surf classes of 2 hours each in which you can participate whenever you want. Whether on Baleal Beach or Peniche de Cima, rest assured that you will take home a memorable experience.

An hour and a quarter from Lisbon you can find the beaches of Peniche, perfect for surfing due to the size of the waves there. You may not be staying near these beaches, but don't worry because round-trip transfers from Óbidos and other areas of Leiria up to the place of the activity are included.

Being in contact with the sea already has positive effects for people's health and well-being, but in addition, surfing helps to improve balance, to tone muscles strong> and to improve both cardiovascular health and regulate sleep cycles.

All classes are taught by a team of instructors with extensive experience and certified by the FPS (Portuguese Surfing Federation). They will be in charge of guaranteeing your safety and facilitating your learning as much as possible, helping you to improve your posture and movements so that you can enjoy this sport to the fullest, learning new techniques > and always respecting the environment.
