We offer a surf lesson on the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton to teach you how to surf like true surfing kings!
You will be supervised by an instructor who holds the State Certificate in Surfing and the Master Swimming Lifeguard certificate to allow you to progress and learn optimally. He will advise you and teach you many things about the aquatic environment and surfing techniques.
Program of the private lesson:
We are pleased to welcome you to our nautical center in Seignosse, in the south-west of France. Renowned for its ideal surfing spots, your instructor will choose the one that best suits your level and your expectations.
He will take care of you so that you can put down your personal belongings and he will provide you with all the surfing material and equipment: surfboard and full wetsuit or shorts. Then, he will give you a quick briefing on the activity, namely 30 minutes of preparation and access to the spot, and 1h30 of practice. He will give you instructions and safety rules.
Accompanied by your professional instructor, you will go to the beach to carry out theoretical lessons before putting it into practice at sea.
You will learn to choose your waves carefully, recognize sandbanks, baïnes, currents, possible dangers and to analyze the weather.
All this knowledge about the marine environment is essential to be able to correctly understand the elements of the practice: catching a wave, standing up, moving on the wave while optimizing its speed, falling back into the water, etc. Very gently and with adapted teaching, you will see yourself evolving quickly in the waves of the southwest.
In a small homogeneous group of 1 to 3 people, you will enjoy this privileged moment by surfing the waves with the valuable advice of your instructor.
