You will be able to benefit from a private lesson with a professional instructor who will supervise you as best as possible. He will share his valuable advice with you and offer you exercises adapted to your areas of improvement.
Benefiting from personalized support is the best way to progress or take your first steps on the water.
You will learn how to handle your board, to surf on the surface of the sea and to cross the waves. We can assure you that you will quickly be comfortable on your board.
Your 2-hour course is organized into several parts. After welcoming you to our center, your instructor will make introductions. You can then follow him for a theoretical briefing of around thirty minutes during which he will explain the basics of surfing, present the equipment and explain the safety instructions to you. .
You can then head to the spot where you will sail for 1 hour 30 minutes under the watchful eye of your instructor. He will advise you and guide you to help you improve as best you can.
In order to offer the best possible development during the session, we will welcome a maximum of three participants. This course is aimed at everyone, both children (from 7 years), and adults strong> beginners or advanced.
Our center is located in Hossegor. We are less than 10 minutes from Capbreton, and about half an hour from Bayonne and Biarritz.
