You will benefit from the valuable advice of a surf instructor in a small group of 8 people maximum. Welcome to Seignosse,one of the most famous surf spots in France, located in the Landes department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
This town is located about ten minutes from Cap Breton and thirty minutes from Bayonne and Biarritz.
Our instructors look forward to welcoming you to Seignosse to enjoy the delights of your first rides on the board, but also to better understand the dangers of the sea. The surf discovery course introduces you to the fundamentals of this activity according to a formula adapted to your specific needs.
Program of the activity:
- As soon as you arriveat our surf school in Seignosse, you will be asked to put on a wetsuit in order to be in ideal conditions to learn how to surf.
- It will then be time to warm up and discover the theoretical side of surfing.
- The teachers will teach you not only the different priority and safety rules to follow in the water, but also the fundamental principles of surfing.
- After the theory, it's time to practice. You will be joined in the water by instructors who will provide you with personalized assistance immediately in the water, ensuring rapid progress.
- After the training, you will need to return the borrowed equipment to the leisure center.
What does the activity include
- State-certified surf instructor.
- Wetsuit and surfboard
- Civil liability insurance.
- Equipment loan (surfing, and full wetsuits or shorties).
- The French Surf Federation school license
