Do you want to enjoy a bath in the sun after long winter months? So, it's time to discover Surfing in Moliets et Maa, 40 minutes by car from Dax in les Landes!< /div>
Whether you want to take part in the session yourself or offer it to your children, this introductory session to surfing is perfect for all adventurers over the age of six . You will be welcomed by a team of passionates and experts including Laurent Dulon, a former member of the French team.
Equipped with a wetsuit and a surfboardrather thick and long enough to make your debut in this nautical discipline, you will follow the lessons in a group of level and age similar to yours.
In the two-hour course program, you will first follow a preparation on the sand to familiarize yourself with the theoretical basics and the safety rules strong> surfing, before starting the first exercises with the board, to learn in particular how to get up quickly and swim on the board. Dive then your feet in the Atlantic Ocean and get to know the waves at the water's edge to know how to approach them... Then arm yourself with patience and perseverance!
So: "What’s next?" ", you may ask? All you have to do is reserve your slot, and put aside your sunscreen and a swimsuit, we are waiting for you from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.!

You will be welcomed in a family atmosphere within an expert surfing school which will introduce you to the basics of this water sport which is as technical as it is entertaining > and refreshing.
If the objective is to give you a good time, our school will above all make sure to make you aware of the safety rules that must be respected for your protection when exercising the >surf in complete serenity. Your training alongside a state-certified instructor will therefore begin with a safety briefing before tackling the basics of surfing.
You will then have three two-hour sessions to learn how to "interpret" each wave in order to adopt the best technique to approach it. The foamy waves on which you will learn to surf at the water's edge at the start of the training will then perhaps follow one another by surfing on impressive tubes...
Show perseverance: if the first attempts are hesitant, you will gradually gain confidence and you will quickly be able to take pleasure in gliding on the waves!
