Deal overview
For 2 hours, you will learn the basics of this sportin a small group with qualified, passionate, attentive and educational instructors.
Located in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, it is the ideal place for practicing water sports, and in particular surfing! It is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the natural spaces as well as the landscapes are very preserved.
We will meet you at our surf school, opposite the beach in Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains. Here, an instructor will be happy to welcome you and explain how this activity takes place. He will give you your equipment and you will then head towards the beach.
Here, he will show you the position to adopt on your surfboard and the techniques to know in order to glide on the water with complete confidence. After 30 minutes of preparation, you will jump into the water and practice taming the waves under the wise advice of our instructor. After 1 hour 30 minutes of practice on the water, it's time to return to dry land for a short debrief with your instructor!

- You will never have more than 8 people per instructor.
- This discovery level surf lesson is accessible from 11 years old.
