The equipment is provided upon your arrival, and you will be entitled to a briefing from your instructor at the start of your session. The equipment is suitable for everyone, you will find a wetsuit in your size and disinfected, as well as a surf board corresponding to your level in the discipline. Your instructor will be happy to introduce you to surfing, and for the more experienced, the opportunity to improve thanks to advice and an outside point of view. Only 8 people per instructor.

In Capbreton, you will have the opportunity to introduce yourself to surfing, in a fun, but also safe way. Five group lessons await you to discover this sensational water sliding sport. Each course lasts two hours, in groups of no more than 8 people.

This formula lets you organize yourself as you wish. You can arrange with the instructors so that your 5 lessons are spread over a single week, but you can also not do these on consecutive days. The adventure begins on the day of your choice and the course continues according to your availability and the evolution of your surfing skills. You can therefore consult with your instructor and communicate your preferences, once your reservation is confirmed.

These courses take place on the magnificent beaches in Capbreton, in the famous Landes department. The Atlantic Coast will present itself to you and you will be able to test and judge for yourself the sensations created by sliding on the waves of these surf spots recognized worldwide.

You will be accompanied during your sessions in the water by an instructor, who will monitor you and give you advice and suggestions to improve yourtechniques. All sessions are preceded by a briefing and followed by a debriefing, in which you can give your impressions and receive the instructor's evaluation in terms of your progress.
