We offer all children from 5 years old the opportunity to take advantage of a surf lesson in small groups. In fact, the sessions do not exceed 4 people in order to ensure personalized support for each participant.
Your child will benefit from the presence of a state-certified instructor who will share their know-how. Thanks to these valuable tips, your toddler will quickly learn the basics of this fabulous sport. We focus the first lesson on aquatic ease and the discovery of the fundamentals of water sports.
The objectives are as follows:
- Crossing waves without boards.
- Discover body-surfing.
- Learn to slide alone while lying on the board.
- Become familiar with straightening in the company of the instructor.
The 1 hour session is organized in two parts. Your instructor will first give you a theoretical briefing in order to establish the basics and remind you of the safety instructions. We will then take you to the spot selected for your session. Your child will finally be able to get into the water and sail for 30 minutes.
You can join us in our center which is located on the beach of Hossegor, less than 10 minutes from Capbreton, and half a -Bayonne and Biarritz time.

- In summer (July-August) we welcome you from Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

We can assure you that throughout the sessions your toddlers will discover new sensations and will progress quickly in surfing. They will gradually learn to go under the waves, they will learn about body-surfing, and will discover righting with their instructor.
Obviously, the instructor will adapt the pace of the sessions to the speed of learning of the students so that no one is overwhelmed by the events or get bored. Our primary goal is for your child to have a good time while improving their surfing skills.
From the age of 5 years, the youngest will be able to benefit from this training. The sessions are organized in two stages:
- A theoretical briefing where the instructor will explain the progress of the session.
- A practical part on the water during which your child will be able to implement the advice and carry out exercises to progress strong>.
We are waiting for you in our nautical base on the Hossegor beach, which is 10 minutes from Capbreton, and half an hour from Bayonne and Biarritz.
