In the first hour and a half, the instructor will teach you all the movements in the sand and what is the correct body posture to catch the waves when it is time. After explaining this to you for a few minutes, you will go to the water with him to be able to put into practice everything he has taught you. Throughout this hour and a half, the instructor will correct your technique until perfecting it. This way, in the remaining 30 minutes you can surf on your own and catch all the waves you want.
Once you arrive at Albufeira beach we will give you the material you will need. You only have to bring swimwear and a towel, we will take care of the rest.
