There will be 2 hours of class where we will practice both in the sand and in the sea. Don't be afraid, since we will be supervising you at every moment and we know that you will be able to get back on your feet instantly. In this class we will teach you the use of each of the surfing elements, paddling and the correct way to stand on the board.
We will also teach you an important part, what to do in case of a fall and how to protect yourself even from your own board. One of the most fun parts will be when we practice the different ways of catching the waves, depending on their size and speed. All of this, as we mentioned before, will be practiced first in the sand and then tried in the water.
