The course, called A.F.F., is divided into 10 hours of theoretical lessons, prior to the first jump, followed by 7 parachute flights relating to the 7 levels that will be taken into consideration during this learning phase.
For each of the 7 practical experiences, a series ofexercises will be carried out, first on the ground and then in the air,at the end of which the instructor will hold debriefings aided by thevideos of each of your launches,which you will review together to precisely correct all errors.
From the first jump you will be taken into free fall from 4500 metres in height, always accompanied by two instructors.
On average, the total duration of the course is two weekends. But we have the possibility to customize the times according to your needs. For the entire duration of the lessons you will have free accommodation in the bunkerhouses of our facility, so that you can fully experience the wonderful environment that surrounds this sport.

It is once you have completed the entire route that you will be able to jump on your own, as you have always dreamed of! Furthermore, once the course is finished, you will be able to jump with the instructors at a truly special price!
Indispensable to be able to create the A.F.F. I am:
- Medical examination (which will be valid for two years or 1 year depending on age, approximately €60),
- Insurance (usually valid for 1 year, €145).
