It will be 1 hour of experience where we will start with a brief theoretical talk so that you can learn the basics of diving and the equipment that we will use, then we will jump into the sea to start practicing swimming and breathing, little by little we will begin to submerge. Always rely on the instructors and do not hesitate to ask them your questions, who will be supervising you all the time.
You will have all the equipment included, as well as 1 tank to carry out the dive. This should be your first certification program, it is your first step to becoming a diver and in the future being able to swim in the depths of any place you can think of.
