This Open Water course requires a minimum of 16 hours and a maximum of 32 hours, depending on the student's learning level.

This course for future sub, takes place at our diving center of Marciana Marina , on the island of Elba , in Tuscany , where our staff of expert professionals awaits you, ready and prepared to introduce you to the magnificent marine world through a course divided into a first theoretical part, online. Autonomous in which you will learn the foundations to become a Open Water Diver, discovering the immersion techniques and the necessary scuba equipment.
After the first theoretical phase, you will move on to the practice by implementing what you have learned theoretically previously.
The practical part is divided into 6 diving into confined waters or in the pool and 4 diving in free waters , up to a maximum depth of 18 meters.
To take this course Open Water Diver is not necessary no particular requirement, everyone can do it from 10 years of age.
Once the entire course is finished, you will finally receive the Open Water Diver SSI certification to immerse yourself to discover the seabed, in a totally autonomous way.
