Do you want to have your first diving title? The PADI Scuba Diver program is the first that brings you closer to scuba diving. It can be done from the age of 15, an age that drops to 10 in its junior version.

The training takes place from our facilities in the south of the island of Tenerife, a diving center on the Costa de Adeje from which it is quick and easy for us to reach any diving point that is interesting to us.

We will complete a total of 3 lessons to which are added 3 dives in controlled circumstances in the pool, and two more that are carried out in the sea.

The most notable aspects that we will address are:

How to maintain buoyancy.
Do not lose body temperature during dives.
Typical environments in scuba diving and underwater life.
Diving from a boat.

This program will be very useful for you to prepare for the Open Water Diver.
