Are you looking to get started in the world of diving? Come to our SSI Basic diver course in Tenerife and learn the first steps to follow in this sport. The course is divided into three parts, theoretical-practical, which will last 5 hours.
The first part consists of a theoretical talk that lasts between 30 and 40 minutes in which our expert will explain the basics of this water sport, as well as the equipment that you will use, and the exercises that we will do later on our first dives. .
We will do the first dive in shallow water, at a maximum of six meters, so that you lose your fear while you gain confidence and skill. Then we will establish a maximum depth of 12 meters for the second dive, with which we will perfect ourselves during the 45 minutes it lasts.
When you finish this short five-hour program, your data will be registered in our database and, if in the next 12 months you want to take the PADI Open Water, we will validate the first part of the course.

The activity starts and ends at the diving center from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

I was traveling alone, and normally this made it awkward to get anything done, but their small group sessions allowed individuals to participate without problems.
