You will be trained for 3 days to be certified. The skills you will obtain apart from breathing control and aquatic communication are spatial orientation, coordination and balance underwater. All this taught by a SSI certified instructor, who will be accompanying you throughout the course to teach you all the diving techniques and answer your questions.
In this course you will see a theoretical part where you will learn everything about the equipment, underwater life, safety issues, etc. For this you will be given didactic material. In the practical part you will do dives in the open sea to learn to control your body in the face of the sea current and develop a better sense of location.
