The first part of the course will include theoretical lessons, which will be developed in 5 modules of approximately 90 minutes and can be followed during the week.
The second part, however, will be practical and will allow you to concretely apply the theoretical concepts learned: 5 dives will be carried out in confined waters and 4in open water. Finally, during a final dive in the sea we will practice the descent underwater up to 18 meters of depth.
The practical lessons, unlike the theoretical ones, can be held both on Saturdays and Sundays.
In the event that the objectives are not achieved, the lessons will be repeated until the necessary requirements to complete the course are achieved.
The minimum age to participate is 10 years and no medical certificate is required, you simply need to be in good physical shape and know how to swim well.
