The total duration of the course is 31 hours, consisting of 5 theoretical lessons of 90 minutes and on the practical part.

The first part of the course will include theoretical lessons , which will develop in 5 90 minutes modules and can be followed during the week.
The second part, on the other hand, will be practice and will allow you to concretely apply the theoretical concepts learned: 5 dives in confined waters will be made and 4 in free waters . Finally, during a last immersion in the sea the descent underwater will be practiced up to 18 meters of depth.
Practical lessons, unlike the theoretical ones, can take place both on Saturday and Sunday.
In the event that the objectives are not achieved will be repeated the lessons until the necessary requirements are achieved in order to end the course.
The minimum age to participate is 10 years and no medical certificate is required, you will simply have to meet in good physical form and knowing how to swim well.
