If you reach us in the province of Naples, you will be able to follow the lessons given by one of our certified instructors and obtain the license valid at level international and with which you can dive up to a maximum of 18 metres below sea level.
The course is divided into three parts: a first theoretical part of 10 lessons, which you can follow comfortably from your home computer strong>, a second practical part, consisting of4 diving modulesin limited waters and, finally, a third part, always practice, which includes 5 sea immersion modules with final exit by boat and descent to 18 metres depth.
In the theoretical part you will learn the principles and basic notions of diving, while in the second and third practical parts, you will learn all the fundamental notions about diving: how to best use the diving equipment and the different possible diving techniques.
Throughout the course you will always be followed by our expert instructors who will guide you in your dives, help you practice breathing techniques and will always guarantee maximum safety.

Anyone who is in good physical health and knows how to swim can participate in this course. For those aged 10 to 14 there is the Junior Open Water Diver course, which qualifies you to dive up to a maximum of 14 metres depth.
